What to Expect When You Work With Me
1. Initial Enquiry & Zoom Chat
After you send your enquiry, I’ll invite you to a friendly Zoom chat. We’ll talk about your event, your ideas, and how you’d like everything to look and feel.
It’s important to me that you feel comfortable and confident throughout this process—this is a collaboration, not just a transaction.
2. Securing Your Booking
Once you’re ready to go ahead, I’ll send over a booking form and terms & conditions. A small booking fee secures your spot in my schedule.
3. Design & Mock-Ups
This is where the creativity begins!
I’ll create 2–3 initial mock-ups based on our conversation. These serve as a jumping-off point—you don’t have to love them all. Together, we’ll mix and match your favourite elements until we land on the perfect design.
4. Final Approval & Printing
Once we’ve finalised the design, I’ll ask you to double-check all the details before giving print approval. This step ensures everything is exactly how you want it.
5. Production & Delivery
Once approved, your stationery goes into production.
📦 Turnaround time: Typically 3–4 weeks from print approval (depending on design complexity—this will always be discussed with you upfront).
♻️ Your order will arrive beautifully packaged in recycled or recyclable materials. If you're local, I’m happy to deliver it right to your door.
